Hey all, I've really enjoyed my time on VM:tI these last few years, but unfortunately will not be able to continue hosting this site much longer.

I have finally decided to let the hosting run its course and not renew it for the time being. it is scheduled to end on May 25th, just in time for all of us to say our goodbyes.

If anyone is still interested in continuing the RPG, we can move that over to a free hosting site. It's been a lot of fun and I want to thank all of you for making VM:tI so awesome.

If anyone has a little bit of spare change and would like to revamp this board, please let me know and I will give you all the information I have. I'd love to see this site continue on in whatever form and would love to help out in any way I can.

I'm sad to hear this.

I've made tons of friends. I'm sorry that I haven't been here for a while. I got engaged, arranged a wiccan betrothal and started the wedding planning.

I also started going back to school and have picked up a lot of live action RP stuff that's taking up tons of my time.

I'm on gmail if anyone wants to stay in touch (jae.m.mark@gmail.com) I'm on all the time and I'd totally love to continue to RP if we can breathe life back into it.

How much time is spent everday to maintain the site? I could give it a shot if it's moved to a free web-hosting site. It will be hard but I might enjoy it

I can take over the hosting on my server as long as there are others who can help with moderation. We'd need to discuss details such as database/file transfer, vBulletin, etc. Please contact me via PM or e-mail to discuss further.

I have a server through blue host with another forum ( http://www.asg-css.com ) and could host it, i wouldnt be able to do alot of moderating should it get intense, but I could manage the server and keep it upto date moderating at least twice a week. I am 25 with two full time jobs and part time college ( computer science: network security )

Good luck with finals - definitely concentrate on that first.

I'm not sure how difficult it will be to replicate the database tables from your server to a different, especially if there are SQL/PHP version differences. We'll need to be pretty responsive to make sure everything is backed-up and restored before the May 25th expiration.
